Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dakoda.co (https://dakoda.co), operated by Hollow Prism LLC, collects when you visit, and what happens to it. The short version: the site has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics trackers.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you type are sent to the site owner as an email through Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. We use them only to reply to you. Messages are not published, sold, or shared with anyone else, and the site does not keep a database of submissions. Copies may remain in the site owner's mailbox until deleted. If you subscribe to updates, your email address is stored in a Resend audience until you ask to be removed.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests and may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp for security and operations. To limit abuse of the contact form, your IP address is held in short-lived storage (about one minute) so requests can be rate limited.

Cookies and local storage

The site's own code does not set cookies, and there is no tracking or advertising. Some project demos save your own data in your browser (for example game progress, timer settings, or the WealthWise demo's local database). That data stays on your device and is never sent to us; you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

Third-party resources

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icon or charting libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. Your browser contacts those services directly, so they receive your IP address and standard request headers. The GitGauge demo also calls the public GitHub API from your browser for the username you enter. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, use the contact form; we will respond within one month.

Children's information

Dakoda.co is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
