These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dakoda.co ("the Site"), operated by Hollow Prism™ LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is a professional portfolio and development services platform. You may browse the Site, view project demos, and use the contact form for legitimate inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any forms on the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, project demos, and design elements — is the property of Hollow Prism LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Open-source project code hosted on GitHub is licensed under the terms specified in each repository. All other Site content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

3. Project Demos and Interactive Content

The Site includes interactive project demos provided for demonstration purposes only. These demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data entered into demos is not stored or transmitted unless explicitly stated.

4. Contact Form and Communications

When you submit information through the contact form or any email subscription the Site offers, you consent to us processing that information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
